The Westminster High School Performing Arts Department provides students with learning and performance opportunities in instrumental music (band, guitar, mariachi, piano, and orchestra), choral music, theatre (acting, technical theatre, and theatrical/event staging), and video cinema arts.
We strive to educate and inspire students to grow in the areas of leadership, teamwork and creative expression while contributing to a positive school, family, and community culture. Students learn the necessary skills to pursue performing arts either in college or in the professional performance community and also develop interpersonal tools that will aid them in whatever life path they choose.
A state of the art facility gives students the opportunity to perform at professional levels both in front of and behind the curtain.
